AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Jefferson
Barracks Bridge Sanitary Relocation (S-1162, C-632A), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Jefferson Barracks Bridge Sanitary Relocation (S-1162, C-632A), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th
day of March, 1983, and formally executed on the 22nd day of
March, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the follow-
ing form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
