AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Sixteen
Thousand Dollars ($316,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Gilrose Sanitary Replacement (S-1912, C-
940), in the Village of Charlack, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand
Dollars ($316,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with
such construction project, in Gilrose Sanitary Replacement (S-
1912, C-940), in the Village of Charlack, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
