AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Concord School Road and Twilight Drive
(S-1752, C-952), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the re-
ceipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned
to the General Fund of the District, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute two-thirds (2/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the General Fund of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used for the construction of
storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Concord School Road
and Twilight Drive (S-1752, C-952), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
