AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Concord School Road and Twilight Drive (S-1752, C-952), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Concord School Road and Twilight Drive (S-1752, C-952), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of
March, 1983, and formally executed on the 12th day of April, 1983,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
