AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Ford - Thurston Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-379
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek for engineering services for the final design of Ford -
Thurston Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-379
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
