AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Patricia - Lee - Wiegel Area Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-380.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Patricia - Lee Wiegel
Area Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-380.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
