ACCEPTING BID FOR SALE OF PROPERTY - 3 SHAROT STREET
WHEREAS, on September 23, 1996, David Boland was the high bidder on property
located at 3 Sharot Street at a Public Auction conducted by the Borough;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council accept the
bid of David Boland for the purchase of 3 Sharot Street;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said closing shall take place not later than
November 15, 1996;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that bid is accepted under condition that structure
be demolished within thirty (30) days of closing or Borough will conduct demolition
- and lien said property.
Adopted this 3rd day of October, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on October 4, 1996,
