AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-380 with Fruco Engineers, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of Patricia - Lee -
Wiegel Area Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-380 with
Fruco Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Patricia - Lee - Wiegel Area Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
