AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-two Thousand
Dollars ($72,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Bellefontaine Neighbors Outfall
Sewer Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-381.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-two Thousand Dollars
($72,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Bellefontaine .
Neighbors Outfall Sewer Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-381.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
