AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Ardelia Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-
382.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Ardelia Sanitary
Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-382.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
