AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of storm
sewers in Burke City Storm Sewers - Section III (S-1810, C-937),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St.
Louis, as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of
storm sewers in Burke City Storm Sewers - Section III (S-1810,
C-937), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
3rd day of March, 1983, and formally executed on the 12th day of
April, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
