AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
expenses incurred by the District in connection with such
construction project known as Subdistrict No. 444 (Killbrock
Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the real property owners in such Subdistrict
have agreed to pay to the District Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) for the total costs of said project, and have
contracted with Bi-State Service Company to install a certain
sewer system within and for such Subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, upon satisfactory completion of such project,
the District is to pay over to such contractor from such funds,
its installation cost; retain in its Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek its incurred
expenses, and return any unexpended balance to the contributors
thereof, pro rata,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of expenses incurred by the District in connection with
such construction project known as Subdistrict No. 444 (Killbrock
Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri, and any unused portion
thereof shall be returned to the contributors pro rata.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1983.
