AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 577 (Nettie &
Becker) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 577 (Nettie & Becker).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 577
(Nettie & Becker) shall be as follows:

NETTIE & BECKER
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 21 of BECKER'S DIVIDE
ADDITION SUBDIVISION NO. 2 according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 92, Page 31 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence northwardly along the western line of said
subdivision a distance of 540 feet to a point; thence eastwardly
along a line being 60.00 feet southwardly of and parallel to the
northern line of Lots 22 and 23 of said BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION
SUBDIVISION NO. 2 to its intersection with the eastern line of
said Lot 23; thence northwardly along said eastern line of Lot 23
to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the
northern line of said Lot 23 to the northwest corner thereof;
thence northwardly along a line being perpendicular to said
northern line of Lot 23, a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence
eastwardly along a line being 200 feet northwardly of and parallel
to said northern line of Lot 23 to its intersection with the
eastern line of property conveyed to Donald E. Hoechstenbach and
Nora A. Hoechstenbach, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7234,
Page 2035 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
northwardly along the eastern line of said Hoechstenbach property
to a point, said point being 250 feet northwardly of and at right
angles to the north line of Lot 27 of said BECKER'S DIVIDE
ADDITION SUBDIVISION NO. 2; thence eastwardly along a line being
250 feet northwardly of and parallel to said Lot 27 to its

intersection with the western line of Lot 13 of said BECKER'S
DIVIDE ADDITION SUBDIVISION NO. 2; thence northwardly along said
western line of said Lot 13 to its intersection with the southern
line of Telegraph Road; thence northeastwardly along said southern
line of Telegraph Road to a point, said point being 120 feet
northwardly of and at right angles to the northern line of Lot 9
of BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION SUBDIVISION according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 31 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along a line being 120 feet
northwardly of and parallel to said northern line of Lot 9 to its
intersection with the western line of Becker Road; thence
southwardly along the western line of Becker Road to the
northeastern corner of Lot 6 of said BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION
SUBDIVISION; thence westwardly along the northern line of said Lot
6 to a point; thence southwardly along a line being 345 feet
eastwardly of and parallel to the western line of Lots 6 and 5 of
said BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION SUBDIVISION to a point in the
southern line of said Lot 5; thence eastwardly along said southern
line of Lot 5 and along its eastward prolongation to a point in
the eastern line of Becker Road, 50 feet wide; thence northwardly
along the eastern line of Becker Road to its intersection with the
northern line of POINT ACRES, a subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 3 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along the northern line
of Lot 1 of said POINT ACRES to a point, said point being 343.32

feet eastwardly of and at right angles to the eastern line of said
Becker Road 50 feet wide; thence southwardly along a line being
343.32 feet eastwardly of and parallel to said eastern line of
Becker Road to the northeastern corner of Lot 6 of said POINT
ACRES; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 6 to
the southwestern corner of Lot 163 of CANDLEWICK ADDITION a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
162, Page 26 and 27 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence eastwardly along the southern line of Lot 163 to a point
distant 343.32 feet eastwardly of and at right angles to the
eastern line of Becker Road; thence southwardly along a line
343.32 feet eastward of and parallel to the eastern line of Becker
Road to a point in the northern line of BEE TREE ESTATES PLAT 1, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
162, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
westwardly and southwardly along the northern and western lines,
respectively of said BEE TREE ESTATES PLAT 1 to a point of
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the northern line of
Lot 1 of MILLBROOK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 190, Page 79 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence westwardly along said eastern
prolongation and along said northern line of Lot 1 and along its
westward prolongation to its intersection with the eastern line of
Lot 14 of the aforementioned BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION SUBDIVISION
NO. 2; thence southwardly and westwardly along the eastern and

southern lines, respectively, of said BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION
SUBDIVISION NO. 2 to the southwest corner of Lot 21 of said
BECKER'S DIVIDE ADDITION SUBDIVISION NO. 2, being the point of
beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1983.
