AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-two
Thousand Dollars ($132,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Subdistrict No. 499 (Welland -
Falcon Phase I) C-963, in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Bridgeton, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
General Fund of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-two
Thousand Dollars ($132,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Sub-
district No. 499 (Welland - Falcon Phase I) C-963, in the City of
Bridgeton, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1983.
