AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Aaron Orr
plumbing and Service Company or the construction of storm sewers
in Bellefontaine Road - Zellweger (S-1423, C-970), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Aaron Orr plumbing and Service Company, as
the lowest responsible bidder. for the construction of storm
sewers in Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 18th day of April, 1983, and formally executed
on the 26th day of April, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1983.
