AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 4176, adopted
October 8, 1980, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
establishing the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 541 (Theiss & Von
Talge) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 4176, adopted October 8,
1980, is hereby repealed without, however, altering or extin-
guishing any legal relationships established thereunder.
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 541
(Theiss & Von Talge) shall be as follows:

THEISS & VON TALGE
Commencing at the intersection of the center lines of Von Talge
Road, 30 feet wide, and Theiss Road, 40 feet wide, as originally
established; thence northwestwardly along said center line of
Theiss Road a distance of 160.00 feet to the actual point of
beginning; thence continuing northwestwardly along said center
line of Theiss Road a distance of 2,500 feet, more or less, to its
intersection with the southwest prolongation of the northwest line
of property conveyed to Eugene J. Korhammer and Joyce Korhammer,
his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6826, Page 1546 of the St.
Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly
along said southwest prolongation and along said northwest line a
distance of 50 feet, more or less, to a point in the southwest
line of Interstate Route 270; thence southeast along said
southwest line of Interstate Route 270 a distance of 570 feet,
more or less, to a point, said point being distant northwestwardly
a distance of 165.00 feet from the easternmost corner of property
conveyed to Burwell D. Ford and Macie Ford, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 6283, Page 533 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
Office; thence southeastwardly and leaving said southwest line of
Interstate Route 270 to a point in the south line of said Ford
property. said point being distant eastwardly 360.00 feet from the
center line of Theiss Road, 40 feet wide, as measured along the
south line of said Ford property and along its westward

prolongation; thence southeastwardly to a point in the north line
of Lot 5 of the "MOHR TRACT", a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 11 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office, said point being distant eastwardly 360.00 feet
from the center line of Theiss Road, 40 feet wide, as measured
along the north line of said Lot 5 and along its westward
prolongation; thence southeastwardly and parallel to said center
line of Theiss Road, to a point in the south line of property
conveyed to Virgil Sorth and Dolores Sorth, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 2462, Page 280 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
Office, said point being distant eastwardly 360.00 feet from the
center line of Theiss Road, 40 feet wide, as measured along the
south line of said Sorth property and along its westward
prolongation; thence westwardly along said south line to the
northeast corner of property conveyed to Thomas J. Dodge and
Deborah L. Dodge, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7116, Page
2440 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Dodge property
and along its southeastward prolongation a distance of 685 feet,
more or less, to the easternmost corner of property conveyed to
Roy Essary and Betty A. Essary, his wife, by deed recorded in Book
6953, Page 1085 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
southwardly a distance of 222 feet, more or less, to the
northernmost corner of property conveyed to Glen V. Cloninger and
Marjorie L. Cloninger, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6380,

Page 528 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Cloninger
property and along its southeastward prolongation to the northwest
line of Von Talge Road, 30 feet wide; thence southwestwardly along
said northwest line of Von Talge Road, 30 feet wide, to its
intersection with the southeastward prolongation of the southwest
line of said Cloninger property; thence southwestwardly and
leaving said northwest line of Von Talge Road, 30 feet wide, a
distance of 205 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
