AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($20,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in McNulty (S-1847, C-941), in the City of
St. John, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. John, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($8,800.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
and
WHEREAS, the residents of the McNulty Homesites
Subdivision have contributed One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($1,400.00) toward the total costs of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($20,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with
such construction project, in McNulty (S-1847, C-941), in the City
of St. John, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
