AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-eight Thousand
Dollars ($78,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Bella Villa (S-1443, C-962), in the City
of Bella Villa, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to contri-
bute Twenty-six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bella Villa, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Dollars
($14,560.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the re-
ceipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars ($11,440.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars
($78,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with
such construction project, in Bella Villa, (S-1443, C-962), in the
City of Bella Villa, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
