Utility Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Lynn
Haven Section VII (S-1663, C-980), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc. for the
construction of storm sewers in Lynn Haven Section VII (S-1663, C-
980), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 25th day of April, 19083, and formally executed on the 10th
day of May, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
