AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Vee-Jay Cement
Contracting Company. Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Champlin Branch (Phase III) S-1793, C-969, in the City of
Dellwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Vee-Jay Cement Contracting Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Champlin Branch (Phase III) S-1793, C-969, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 18th day of April, 1983, and formally executed
on the 10th day of May, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
