AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Forty
Thousand Dollars ($340,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension
and Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Claymark Sanitary
Interceptor, Lower Missouri - Creve Coeur Watershed, C-871 (EPA
Project No. C-291148-12), in the City of Town and Country,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States of America has agreed to contribute seventy-five
percent (75%) of the total costs of said project; upon the receipt
of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
fifteen percent (15%) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($340,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the construc-
tion of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Claymark
Sanitary Interceptor, Lower Missouri - Creve Coeur Watershed, C-
871 (EPA Project No. C-291148-12), in the City of Town and
Country, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
