AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Claymark
Sanitary Interceptor, Lower Missouri - Creve Coeur Watershed, C-
871, (EPA Project No. C-291148-12), in the City of Town & Country,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Claymark Sanitary Interceptor. Lower Missouri Creve Coeur
Watershed, C-871, (EPA Project No. C-291148-12), in the City of
Town & Country, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of
February, 1983, and formally executed on the 10th day of May,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
