AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-three Thousand
Dollars ($33,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres for engineering services for the final design of
Hilltop - Iroquois Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-388.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Dollars
($33,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City
Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the final
design of Hilltop - Iroquois Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-388.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
