AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-383 with CFW & Associates, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of Earl Drive,
Baron Drive, and Count Drive Storm Sewer Projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-383 with
CFW & Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Earl Drive, Baron Drive, and County Drive Storm Sewer
Projects.
The forgoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
