AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund
for engineering services for the final design of St. Gemme Lane
Area Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-387.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for engineering services for the
final design of St. Gemme Lane Area Relief Sewer Project, Contract
E-387.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
