AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract C-819 with Goodwin Bros. Con-
struction Co., for the erection of a 1.0 MGD Treatment Plant,
Caulks Creek Phase II. (Federal Project No. C-291148-04).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract C-819 with Goodwin
Bros. Construction Co., for the erection of a 1.0 MGD Treatment
Plant, Caulks Creek Phase II. (Federal Project No. C-291148-04).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Five Hundred
Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($512,850.00) and such
other items and conditions as are approved by the Assistant
Executive Director and General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
