AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract C-823 with J. H. Berra General
Construction, Inc., for the construction of Caulks Creek Sanitary
Interceptor, Line B. (Federal Project No. C-291148-04).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract C-823 with J. H.
Berra General Construction, Inc., for the construction of Caulks
Creek Sanitary Interceptor, Line B. (Federal Project No. C-
291148-04).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Three Hundred
Fifty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars ($354,870.00)
and such other items and conditions as are approved by the
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
