AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
driveway and access purposes over certain District property in the
Lindenwood Subdivision in City Block 4984 of the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the use of said easement will not interfere
with District operations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for driveway and access purposes over certain
District property in the Lindenwood Subdivision in City Block 4984
of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1983.
