AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Eight Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Dollars ($862,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District for additional funding for the
support, maintenance and operation of various departments of the
District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1982, and ending
June 30, 1983.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4734, adopted June 9, 1982,
budgeted and appropriated out of District revenue for the total
operation of the District for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1982, and ending June 30, 1983,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Sixty-two
Thousand Dollars ($862,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for additional funding for the
support, maintenance and operation of various departments of the
District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1982, and ending
June 30, 1983, as hereinafter detailed:
1. Personnel Department Personal Services $ 30,000.00 2. Executive Director Personal Services 53,000.00 Administrative and General 5,000.00 58,000.00 3. Director of Finance Facilities 57,000.00 4. Legal Services
Personal Services 42,000.00 5. Sewer Maintenance Department Material and Services 75,000.00 Facilities 185,000.00 Administrative and General 10,000.00 270,000.00 6. Wastewater Department Personal Services 270,000.00 7. Engineering Department Personal Services 100,000.00 Material and Services 20,000.00 Administrative and General 15,000.00 135,000.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1983.
