AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Forty-nine
Thousand Ninety-five Dollars ($549,095.00) from the Equipment
Depreciation Fund to the Maintenance Department for the
replacement of worn equipment necessary for maintenance
operations.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Forty-nine
Thousand Ninety-five Dollars ($549,095.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Equipment Depreciation Fund to the Maintenance Department
for the replacement of worn equipment necessary for maintenance
operations.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1983.
