AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-384 with KBR Engineering Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of Abston Drive West
Harvey Drive Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-384 with
KBR Engineering Inc. for engineering services for the final design
of Abston Drive - West Harvey Drive Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1983.
