AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for
engineering services for the final design of 2500 Block Main
Street Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-389.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for engineering services for the final design of
2500 Block Main Street Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-389.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1983.
