AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fruin-Colnon
Corporation for the construction of storm sewers in Washington-
Airport Phase II (S-1930, C-945), in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fruin-Colnon Corporation, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Washington-Airport Phase II (S-1930, C-945), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of
May, 1983, and formally executed on the 24th day of May, 1983, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1983.
