June 22, 2011
Present: Paul Hush, Terry Ryder, Paul Ruchinskas, Elizabeth Taylor and Jeanne Boehm
Missing: Roland Bassett Jr. Elliott Carr, and Roy Robinson,
In attendance:

MOTION: by Paul Ruchinskas to approve the minutes of June 8, 2011 as corrected
Second: Ryder
VOTE: 5-0-0
2. Review draft contract with BMHPP for meeting house grant
Elliot will follow-up with Don Schober to sign agreement
Then Charles Sumner will sign on behalf of the Town of Brewster
MOTION by Elizabeth Taylor to approve the agreement as revised.
Second',by Paul Ruchinskas
Vote: 5-0-0
3) Review CPC application form,(Taylor)
• Possible changes; step 4 funding
• E. Taylor will check website to make sure it is the correct version on the website
4). Open Space appraisal vote (Taylor)
• Two (2) parcels available; one is 6 acres ($270,000) in the Punkhorn area, second is 3 acres
($225,000) abutting the Matthews property.
• 1/2 payment from the state for both of these
• 112 payment from Orleans for 3 acre parcel
• Need monies allocated for appraisals; because they are under $500,000 only one (1) appraisal
is needed
MOTION by Paul Ruchinskas to allocate up to $3,200 for appraisals of two (2) open space properties.
Second by Jeanne Boehm
VOTE: 5-0-0
5) New applications
• May be coming forward for Fall Town Meeting
6) Summer schedule for CPC meetings
• One meeting - August 10, 2011
Topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate.
• Signs- approval has been obtained from HDC
• Terry Ryder and Peter Johnson will decide placement
• Marilyn Mooers will have them installed as needed

• Title insurance for affordable housing has been approved.
