AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Forty-six
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($146,500.00) from the Coldwater
Creek Revenue Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Aspen & Mullanphy
(S-1750, C-943), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-six Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($146,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Revenue Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Aspen &
Mullanphy (S-1750, C-943), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1983.
