AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company, a Division of McCarthy Brothers
Company, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Aspen &
Mullanphy (S-1750, C-943), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company, a
Division of McCarthy Brothers Company, as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Aspen &
Mullanphy (S-1750, C-943), in the City of Florissant, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 12th day of May, 1983, and formally
executed on the 24th day of May, 1983, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
