AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-five Thousand
Dollars ($85,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the
purchase of a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri for the construction of the Grand Glaize Wastewater
Treatment Plant.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4747, adopted June 9, 1982,
authorized the acquisition of said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund for the purchase of a certain parcel of real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of the
Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1983.
