AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-295-
I with Havens and Emerson, Inc., for engineering services in the
Lower Meramec River Basin, amended infiltration - inflow studies
and sewer system evaluation surveys in areas served by the Valley
Park Sewer System, in St. Louis County, Missouri (Federal Project
No. C-290875-01, Amendment No. 6).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized
consulting assistance for the engineering of said program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-295-I with Havens and Emerson, Inc.,
for engineering services in the Lower Meramec River Basin, amended
infiltration - inflow studies and sewer system evaluation surveys
in areas served by the Valley Park Sewer System, in St. Louis
County, Missouri (Federal Project No. C-290875-01, Amendment No.
6).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
