AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($28,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Im-
provement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Conway-Brynwyck (S-2032, C-
960), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Dollars
($28.000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer Exten-
sion and Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineer-
ing, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred
in connection with such construction project, in Conway-Brynwyck
(S-2032, C-960), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
