AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Aaron Orr
Plumbing and Service, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Conway-Brynwyck (S-2032, C-960), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Aaron Orr Plumbing and Service, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Conway-Brynwyck (S-2032, C-960), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 16th day of May, 1983, and formally
executed on the 7th day of June, 1983, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
