AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers, together with repayment of miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Mueller #10922 (S-1234, C-961), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to contri-
bute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improve-
ment Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Mueller #10922 (S-1234, C-961) in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
