AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-five Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($95,600.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for the construction of inlets, manholes, and
pipe, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Maintenance Repairs
Number Eighteen (S-2021, C-965), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-five Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($95,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of inlets, manholes, and pipe, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Maintenance Repairs Number Eighteen (S-2021, C-965), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
