AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs Number Eighteen (S-2021,
C-965), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs Number Eighteen (S-2021,
C-965), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 26th day of May, 1983, and formally executed on
the 7th day of June, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
