AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-five Thousand
Dollars ($95,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
additional engineering services relating to finalizing the user
charge report and the development of a financial plan for capital
improvements, pursuant to Contract No. E-258.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-five Thousand
Dollars ($95,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for additional engineering services relating to
finalizing the user charge report and the development of a
financial plan for capital improvements, pursuant to Contract E-
258.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
