AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to execute Addendum Number 3 to Contract No.
E-258 with Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers, for additional
engineering services relating to finalizing the user charge report
and the development of a financial plan for capital improvements.
WHEREAS, Contract No. E-258 was authorized by Ordinance
No. 2844, adopted June 25, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute Addendum Number
3 to Contract No. E-258 with Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers,
for additional engineering services relating to finalizing the
user charge report and the development of a financial plan for
capital improvements.
Section Two. The addendum to the contract authorized
in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
