AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the costs
of printing copies of documents, results of subsurface conditions,
and addenda for the general contractors, subcontractors, and
general consultants, and cost of advertising for the Step 3
construction of the Coldwater Rehabilitation, EPA Project No.
C290952; and Caulks Creek Contracts, Phase II, EPA Project No.
C291148; and Grand Glaize Contracts, EPA Project No. C290875.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the costs of printing copies of documents, results of
subsurface conditions, and addenda for the general contractors,
subcontractors, and general consultants, and cost of advertising
for the Step 3 construction of the Coldwater Rehabilitation, EPA
Project No. C290952; Caulks Creek Contracts, Phase II, EPA Project
No. C291148; and Grand Glaize Contracts, EPA Project No. C290875.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
