AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($3,325.00) from the Subdistrict
Planning Fund to be used for the District's share of the cost of
construction of a sanitary outfall sewer in Chesterfield Valley,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said construction project is a cooperative
venture of the District and the Chesterfield Fire Protection
District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($3,325.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund to be used for the District's share of
the cost of construction of a sanitary outfall sewer in
Chesterfield Valley, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1983.
