AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Sixty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($2,068,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension
and Improvement Fund for the cost of professional services
required prior to and during the Phase I and II construction of
the Grand Glaize interim treatment plant and interceptor sewers,
Contract E-395, (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875, Lower
Meramec River Basin).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services prior to and during the
Phase I and II construction of the Grand Glaize interim treatment
plant and interceptor sewers, Contract E-395, (Part of Federal
Project No. C-290875, Lower Meramec River Basin), and
WHEREAS, an eligibility allowance will be made for the
Federal grant share and State grant share of the advanced funds
when the District received the Step 3 Construction Grant, and
WHEREAS, when this eligibility allowance is made with
the Step 3 Grant, said funds shall be repaid to the Subdistrict
Planning Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Sixty-eight Thou-
sand Dollars ($2,068,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee
Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund for the cost of pro-
fessional services required prior to and during the Phase I and II
construction of the Grand Glaize interim treatment plant and
interceptor sewers, Contract E-395 (Part of Federal Project No. C-
290875, Lower Meramec River Basin).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
