AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Jim Noonan
Contracting Company for the construction of storm sewers in 10148
Green Valley Drive (S-752, C-966), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Jim Noonan Contracting Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
10148 Green Valley Drive (S-752, C-966), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of June, 1983,
and formally executed on the 21st day of June, 1983, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1983.
