AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 473 (Harmony &
Avery Extension) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drain-
age facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at
the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 473 (Harmony & Avery Extension).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 473
(Harmony & Avery Extension) shall be as follows:

HARMONY & AVERY EXTENSION
Beginning at the northernmost corner of property conveyed to
Ottis P. Baxter and Aurine Baxter, his wife, by deed recorded in
Book 5543, Page 443 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
office, said point being in the line dividing U. S. Surveys 336
and 654; thence southeastwardly along the northeastern line of
said Baxter property and along its southeastward prolongation to a
point in the southeastern line of Lot 1 of the John W. Avery
Partition as recorded by instrument in Book 4, Page 503 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's office, said point being the easternmost
corner of property conveyed to John Leslie Branneky and Beverly L.
Branneky by deed recorded in Book 6522, Page 515 of the St. Louis
County Recorder's Office, said point also being in the
northwestern line of "St. James Estates Plat No. 4", a
subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
125, Pages 48 and 49 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence southwestwardly along said northwestern line of "St. James
Estates Plat No. 4" to the westernmost corner of Lot 216 of said
subdivision; thence southeastwardly along the southwestern line of
said Lot 216 to the southernmost corner thereof, said point being
in the northwestern line of Lockport Drive, 50 feet wide; thence
southwestwardly along said northwestern line of Lockport Drive and
along its southwestward prolongation, said prolongation being 130
feet southeastwardly of and parallel to the aforementioned

southeastern line of Lot 1 of the John W. Avery Partition, to a
point, said point being 130 feet northeastwardly of and at right
angles to the southwest line of U.S. Survey 654; thence
southeastwardly along a line being 130 feet northeastwardly of and
parallel to said southwest line of U. S. Survey 654 to its
intersection with the northern line of Interstate Highway 70, also
known as the Mark Twain Expressway; thence southwestwardly along
said northern line of Interstate Highway 70 to its intersection
with the aforementioned southwest line of U. S. Survey 654; thence
northwestwardly along said southwest line of U. S. Survey 654 to
the northernmost corner of property conveyed to Chester Flegel and
Betty Flegel, is wife, by deed recorded in Book 5616, Page 313 of
the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along
the western line of said Flegel property to the southwesternmost
corner thereof, said point being the southernmost corner of
property conveyed to Frank E. Zykan, Inc., a corporation, by deed
recorded in Book 5810, Page 249 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
office, said point also being the eastern corner of Parcel 3 of
property conveyed to Dewey Coffelt and Mary Coffelt, his wife, by
deed recorded in Book 7128, Page 1173 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence westwardly along the northern line of
said Parcel 3 of said Coffelt property to the northernmost corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the western line of said Parcel
3 to the southwesternmost corner thereof, said point being in the
northern line of St. Charles Rock Road; thence generally

westwardly along said northern line of St. Charles Rock Road to
the southwesternmost corner of property conveyed to F. Donald
Blake, et al. by deed recorded in Book 6392, Page 148 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along the
western line of said Blake property to the northernmost corner
thereof, said point being in the southwestern line of property
conveyed to A. Daniel Reisert and Leola Reisert, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 4032, Page 4 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southeastwardly along the southwestern line of said
Reisert property to a point, said point being 250 feet
northwestwardly of and at right angles to the southeastern line of
said Reisert property; thence northeastwardly along a line, being
250 feet northwestwardly of and parallel to said southeastern line
of said Reisert property and along said line's northeastward
prolongation, to the northeastern line of Melody Lane, 40 feet
wide; thence northwestwardly along said northeastern line of
Melody Lane to a point, said point being the southernmost corner
of property conveyed to Hubert F. Killian and M. A. Killian, his
wife, by deed recorded in Book 2882, Page 418 of the St. Louis
County Recorder's office; thence continuing northwestwardly along
said northeastern line of Melody Lane a distance of 112.32 feet to
a point; thence northeastwardly along a line, said line being 100
feet northwestwardly of and parallel to the southeastern line of
said Killian property, to its intersection with the northeastern
line of said Killian property; thence southeastwardly along said

northeastern line to the easternmost corner of said Killian
property, said point being the southern corner of property
conveyed to Richard H. Wolfslau and Lillian A. Wolfslau, his wife,
by deed recorded in Book 6040, Page 110 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along the southeastern
line of said Wolfslau property to the easternmost corner thereof;
thence northwestwardly along the northeastern line of said
Wolfslau property and along its northwestward prolongation to the
line dividing U. S. Survey 336 and Section 11, Township 46 North,
Range 5 East; thence northeastwardly along said line to the
westernmost corner of U. S. Survey 654; thence northeastwardly
along the line dividing U. S. Survey 336 and 654 to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
